The rebirth of the Shirai Ryu

The Fire Nation, full of people who can bend fire to their will, and are proud of it. Too proud. In 99 AG, The ruler of the Fire Nation, Fire Lord Sozin, went to war with the Air Nomads, airbenders. The fight between the nation and nomads was a blood bath, soldiers being blown off the edge, or being suffocated by air, while the monks were being burned alive. The battle looked to be equally matched, non of them backing off, and standing in their ground. But then, that's when the sky turn bright red, brighter than the sun. A Comet, an enormous Comet. With so much energy and light from the comet, The Fire Nation power become a hundred times stronger, and that was when the airbenders realized, The battle was already over from the start. It was the most tragic, brutal, and devastating massacre the world has ever witnessed. And before then, there were no more Nomad, no Monks, nor Airbenders. The only thing left behind were burn corpses.

When the Earth Kingdom, and the Water Tribe heard of this, they were so shook and terrified that they didn't take any chances, and prepared for war. Luckily for them the Comet lasted only for five minutes before continuing across the cosmos, and the Fire Nation are smart enough to not engage in to any battles, yet.

Fire Lord Sozin, took so much pride to what he and his Nation did that he call it his comet.

But little did any of them known that some pieces of the comet came falling to their earth. In the ice of the Water Tribe, to the ground of the Earth Kingdom, to the worn out Air Temples, and of course to the ever so burning Fire Nation.

It was what very few people found.
