A smile was rare in Europe because of the Great War. A group called World Wonders tried to bring that smile back in a war-torn Europe. They picked spots where adults and children could watch entertainment for free. It worked; they donated their earnings towards reconstruction and rebuilding Europe from the war. They toured around France, Germany, Italy, Serbia & Bosnia. But one day, something terrible happened: the tent they were performing in caught fire. After hours of clearing out the debris, 'World Wonders' were nowhere to be found.
Hamid, a young boy living a harsh life in Mostar, Bosnia, stumbled across an abandoned carnival covered in ash. A big red tent was towering over the abandoned carnival. Curious, he entered the big red tent, and it was littered with trash, but across him was a room. He entered it and found an old poster belonging to the World Wonders.

She does not wish to harm him, only to play, but the world she's a part of may be too dangerous for her new friend. 9th Story: The Teapot Dragon What starts out as a simple gift to bring two arguing family members together, turns into a wild adventure for one boy as he struggles to get control of a surprise pet.Concluída

"Oh," he said, as my back hit the wooden wall. Damn it, of course. With nowhere to go, his arms locked me in between him and the wall. He stared down at me as he said, "So you're trying to piss me off?" His lips were surprisingly close to mine. No guy would ever be this close to me in real life, let alone me being able to handle it; I would've been so timid and afraid. But this was the dream world. I could speak and be as brave as I wanted to. "Yeah, I am," I said. "What are you gonna do about it?" He paused as his eyes looked between the two of mine. Then, he smirked and swiftly closed the gap between our lips. ~~ In a small town in New York, Hazel is your average quiet type. In a school full of clichés, she falls perfectly under the category of "nerd" and has her own little nerdy group of people she loves to hang around. They respect the fact that she's non-verbal. The thing that plagued her, surprisingly, is not her inability and refusal to speak, but her ability to go through anybody and everybody's dreams. This is not something she can control, nor something that's necessarily dangerous. It just happens. One second she's in darkness, the next second she happens to be in someone's dream. But, when she stumbles into a dream of a guy she never knew existed in her grade of 500 students, albeit his popular status, both her worlds get flipped upside down.Concluída

"aargh!" That was a cry of pain as I became suddenly conscious.I must have been out for hours.I could feel the excruciating pain tearing through my scalp."I don't think I can hold it much longer".I looked around the field, blinded by darkness as the grasses pierced through my skin and tried to remember how I got here."What happ...how did...how am I...?!", unfinished questions racing through my mind and just then I could feel something dripping from my forehead into my left eye, stinging at every drop and I reached out to it, rubbing my eyes fiercely.It didn't take much for me to know that I was bleeding severely, my forehead was partially covered in blood.I tore off a piece of cloth from my shirt and wrapped it around my head like a bandage.I was wet and soaked in blood, my blood?-I could smell it."Now how did I get here, what the heck happened to me?". I was still figuring that out when suddenly, a bright light was shone on my face.I felt my eyes burn, trying to retain minimum light and it quickly adjusted as fast as it could.I looked towards the light-it was a van, honking and revving simultaneously.Even with my partially blinded eyes, I stood up slowly, minding my surrounding carefully as I tried to see the person in the van.Took me a split second to recognize the person and at that moment, I remembered how this nightmare started."Yes, yes, I remember everything".Those were the last words I said as I watched the van head my way and then.....Concluída

Two broken souls in the midst of a crazy world. Two souls running away from their past. There was no light at the end of the tunnel. The tunnel was cracking, slowly closing in. When these two connect, as if they were set on the same path, light creeps in through the cracks, and for or a moment, the tunnel seems to have a way out, but what if it collapses before they make it? - "You saved my life." The words come out as a whisper, I've been dying to say that. I thank god every day that he came into my life when he did. "Fuck Vivian, you don't know how much I needed you." I tear up just a little as he speaks, I don't know the last time I cried happy tears. I bring my hands up to cup his cheeks, resting my forehead against his. "No matter how much I push, I don't mean it. Please don't give up on me." My words seem to relieve him in some way as I feel his shoulders relax. "Even when I'm gone, I'll be by your side, forever." He brings his hand, sticking his pinky out. "pinky promise."I wrap mine around his, placing a kiss on his lips. Warning before you read!! This is my first book! "Chilling in my comfy onesie! Chilling, chilling, chilling in my unicorn onesie!" I sang while doing a little dance. Then I heard laughing behind me. "Who goes there?" I said spinning around and doing a ninja pose. Oh my lord! Nosebleed! I am looking at two (hot) guys right now. One was laughing and one was glaring. My eyes narrowed on the one laughing. Is he laughing at me??? "What you laughing at? Huh? Huh? You wanna piece of me? Do ya? Come on I'll take you! I'll beat you're arse!" I said jumping back and fourth on my heels. "Blake you idiot, stop laughing and get her or so help me I will kick you in the throat!" Mr. Grumpy threatened. "Whaaa???" I questioned confuzzled. "Why you so mean to me?" He whined but walked to me anyways. "Shut up, I'll start the van." He growled and left the room. Whoah, someone's on there period. And I am one hundred percent sure it's not me. "Come on, let's go." Blake said picking me up bridal style. "What? No! I don't wanna! I don't wanna!" I yelled thrashing in his arms. A group of young friends become plagued by clownish nightmares and Clown noses showing up in abnormal places. Two of them find a ticket for an old carnival that was supposedly cursed. Did this lead to a connection to what they were experiencing.
The Killer Clown Circus
The Killer Clown Circus is no ordinary carnival; it is a twisted nightmare masquerading as a place of wonder. The air smells faintly of burnt sugar and decay, and the colors of the striped tents seem unnaturally vibrant, almost pulsing as if alive. The attractions are eerie distortions of normal carnival rides, each seemingly designed to unnerve or endanger anyone foolish enough to try them. The performers are grotesque clowns with painted-on smiles that never fade, their eyes cold and calculating. Their movements are unsettlingly precise, their laughter hollow and mocking. Every corner of the circus feels imbued with malice, as if it's watching, waiting for its next victim. At the center stands the Big Top, the heart of the madness, ruled by the enigmatic and malevolent Ringmaster. His booming voice and theatrical gestures hide a mind bent on manipulation and chaos. The circus itself seems alive, its layout shifting to trap those who enter, with no clear exit in sight.
