In the city of the doomed, the sun never rises. The stars never shine.

The light vanished years ago and it has never returned. The people have started to pale and adapt to a world without the sun. They cannot leave as they grow increasingly sick in lands lit by the sun. But their darkness has not segregated them from the world entirely, for it is known as the hub for crime and criminals alike. It is where people go when they've misplaced their conscience.

The city is bound to its corruption. It is the place where evil goes to thrive. So what does this mean for the people trapped in their wickedness? When there are no good people left, there is only one possible outcome. 

Teshmar is marked for destruction.

The forces that be are ready are ready to dismantle a city filled with corruption. They want to protect the world from Teshmar, but the destruction their actions will leave behind will take thousands of lives. It's up to one citizen to find a reason for the city to be spared. If he can't prove there is some good left, the city, and all of it's people, will be damned.

I'm not sure if I'm going to finish this story, honestly, so I thought I would post it here and see what others think. Please let me know if you like this story or if you consider it worth continuing. I'm very on the fence about it. I like the name and the concept but I'm not confident enough to say it will pan out.
