What if? (Grey's Anatomy Edition)
This story is 100% fiction and my interpretation of what could have happened. I do not own any of these characters, all that credit belongs to Shonda Rhimes and other writers of Grey's Anatomy. What if Callie was the one who cheated on Arizona? You only have the love of your life once, what if Callie wasn't hers like Arizona once thought? Who will fix a very broken Arizona Robbins when she still isn't completely healed after returning to work? The plane crash happened, but not the way it really happened in Grey's. Derek did break his hand badly, and Arizona did lose her leg. Mark and Lexie do NOT die. They are some of my favorite character's so I would never cut them if I didn't have to. In my story, Sofia does not exist because I simply cannot write about a custody battle if that happens in my story. Watching it on Grey's was enough for me to never want me to relive it. Some characters are going to come earlier than they are in actual Grey's, mostly because I love them so much that I simply cannot forget them. Some plots or details do not exactly correspond with the seasons as again, it is fiction, so anything is on the table. You may find some familiar questions from various characters being used for other characters, but they are so iconic and interchangeable. You are going to be the new Head of Pediatrics at Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital as the current one is stepping down to pursue Fetal Surgery and the other candidate would prefer to stay an Attending Pediatric Surgeon. Your brother/twin is Alexander Karev and is the attending that didn't take the job. We will say you haven't seen your twin in 17 years. You also go by Dr. Karev. So things will get very interesting for you both. You were best friends when you were younger since you were twins. Can you get back to the same you once were? You come with years of experience with the intention on focusing on your work and continuing to improve the Pediatric Surgery department when someone comes and sweeps you off your feet. Who will it be? We will say this can be assumed to start in season 12, Arizona becoming a fetal surgeon gets pushed back a season. Callie has already moved to New York and, Sofia does not exist until later. Along with my other book, I refuse to write about a custody battle. Breaks my heart.
