What do you do when your twin brother goes missing?

Well, for Scaramouche Shogun, he decides to take it up on himself to search for his brother.

With no one by his side except for his boyfriend Kazuha, the duo begins their search for the missing man.

However, literally a day after the beginning of their escapade, Scaramouche is captured by a group of strange people.

Little does Scaramouche know, these people had been stalking him for quite some time now, and have been looking for the right time to take him into their custody and use him in their experiments.

And the plot thickens when Scaramouche discovers what, or technically who, has been causing his internal and external pain, the result of the experiments surrounding him.

Will Scaramouche be able to ever escape the torturous compund he's trapped in, let alone with his sanity intact?
