Willka has signed a pact with Valdina, a demon of Infernos, driven by a burning desire for revenge against the city that took everything from him. Given a second chance at life, he's been tasked with enacting an ancient right to purge the city of sin for both the angels of Hevellum and the demons of Infernos, as an example to all of Eldara. Willka eagerly accepts and sets out to enact his vengeance by burning Lumen Magnum to the ground. However, along his journey he is warned of the cost of his rage. Should he proceed with hatred in his heart, his soul will be enveloped in sin. He will be condemned to a fate worse than death. The memories of abuse, his life as a slave, and the losses of those he loved dearest drive him forward. In the end, will his past give him strength or be his undoing?
