A love letter to the universe

it's poetry, written during, what she thought was her biggest heartbreak; first heartbreak. a painful experience of loss and betrayal . despite all the signs and heartache, she chose to ignore them and asked the universe if she could have a moment with the "love of her life", even if it were just for a second. she couldn't fathom how they chose someone else after all the vows and promises they made.
