invalidating my inadequacy

Feelings are the human's worst enemy, having heavy feelings and not knowing how to express yourself especially when the ones around you are invalidating those feelings that you have.

love isn't insecurities so how can somebody claim to love you and birth you but is the cause of your insecurities?

some people say soul mates are the ones to fix your problems, but how true is that when you are trying to fight an addiction? Not everybody can handle addiction but the ones going through it themselves so now you and your partner have to find a way to fix each other.

Heal the trauma that was cursed upon you at a young age by the parents that claimed to love and protect you, the parents that were never there but needed to be there.

The parent you raised..... INVALIDATING YOUR INADEQUACY.

"I love you" she mumbled I just stared at her while she looked ahead, I wanted to snap, I wanted to go off but I didn't have the energy to fight with her anymore.

She's clearly hurting as her partner and fiancé its up to me to stand by her side and heal her instead of making it worst. My poor baby was carrying her heart on her sleeve.

I wanted to take all her baggage off of her because I hated to see the happiest person I know or knew in pain. She was a sweet heart from the day I seen her in that meeting until now, she doesn't deserve this.

"I love you too" I finally replied trying to stand up she grabbed my hand making me look back down at her and I just wanted to cry.

You can see all the hurt behind those beautiful eyes.

"Where you going?" She simply asked pulling me back into her lap kissing my forehead.

"I want you to stop"

"I want to stop" she replied I layed my head on her shoulder playing in her hair and with her ear.

"I don't want to loose you" I felt the tears forming in my eyes as I played with her ear to distract me, I loved playing with her ear, hair, chains or lip.

"I don't want you to loose me either"
