Reborn into a Magical World

My name is Ashley Hale,
All of my childhood I was bullied and I lost my best friend as well. My parents weren't there for me, but not through any fault of their own. Once I grew up, I finally managed to fit into society somewhat. After nearly a decade I had lost everyone who meant something to me, but I eventually had found someone that I could truly call a friend again.
However, just as I had figured out my feelings for them and them for me, she was taken from me in a brutal fashion. Again, this world just seemed to take pleasure in my suffering. I snapped.
I was done with this world. I avenged them and then decided to see if I might join them. Through the sweet embrace of Truck-kun's less homicidal cousins Lorry-sama, I have now found myself in another world. This one being full of swords and magic. There's even a chance of a dragon or two.
This will not be a Hero's Ballad or the Villain's Origin. I know exactly what kind of person I am, and I have made peace with the fact that most of humanity will always be against me. I regret how I ended it, but there really was nothing left there for me anyway. I will seek to keep there spirits alive.
This is my journey as I seek to enjoy this new life, cherish and protect my new loved ones and deal with the demons within. I might just change the world while I'm at it.
