You can literally change your reality by repeating affirmations.

All you need is to know exactly what you want to achieve or release from your life.

Affirmations are short phrases, statements.

The best time to repeat affirmations is before you fall asleep and as you're waking up. I also repeat them if I wake up in the middle of the night.

And my fave one is during a meditation.

During those times your brain is experiencing theta brain waves and that's when you're connecting to your subconscious mind.

Why is it important?
Because you can only program your reality when you tap into your subconscious mind. Otherwise affirmations aren't that effective. Because your subconscious mind doesn't hear them.

As you repeat them, add emotions and feel it in your body.

You will start noticing changes around you and within you.
