Niko Itoshi is the hardworking Vice President of Fukushima Academy, a school that has a reputation for being rough. Niko is determined to change this reputation for the better. 

Enter Aki Hayakawa, the ambitious student council President of the rival Junpei Academy. They have different views and don't get along well. Niko sees Aki as an elitist and Aki sees Niko as small-minded. 

However, strange political moves occur and just before the festival preparations begin, Niko's school is sabotaged, putting their participation in the festival at risk. 

Niko and Aki are forced to work together to save her school. Sparks fly as they clash, but they start to respect each other and learn more about each other. Niko sees Aki's passion and Aki sees Niko's heart. 

As they investigate, they discover more about the mystery and their bond deepens. But as the danger increases, can they rise above their past hurts to save their schools and the future of the festival?
