butters stotch and his parents mrs and mr stotch just moved down to Colorado- south park for Butters' First year in Grouinty park collage , the young 21 year old still lived among his parents because they insisted since the collage is so close that instead of using money for a dorm every month he could save up once he's stable and out if collage.
Coming into this new town with new people, NEW everything - was just too much for Butters. The snow now finally gone Butters thought that while his parents are gone for work that he could grab some grocery's and get a chance to glance at south park.
