Amelia has always had her nose up a book. She has always wanted to live out the fantasies. She wanted to be a princess living her happily ever after. She wanted to be an incredibly smart girl solving a murder. She wanted to be the teen girl who finds an incredible love. 

Amelia knew that dream would be nearly impossible. She has always worried about her little brother and has spend most of her time watching over him to take it off her moms shoulders. 

But then Amelia gets invited to join a beach house with her best friend El. 

Amelia decides she has nothing better to do, and moves into the beach house for the summer. But what Amelia doesn't know, is there is a charming boy just down the hall who will soon catch her attention.
