Izuku Yagi,a boy born with a powerful quirk meanwhile his sister had a normal Levitation quirk.Izuku was always Bullied not for having a weak quirk no his quirk is really strong.It's his drawback for the quirk.His quirk made him stuck in a time loop where he is stuck in a memory loop from the past,future and present.All for one saw him as a wonderful opportunity for his new group the league of villains.
