The Woodsboro killings have gone on for longer than imaginable. Estrella and her friends were caught in the last one before they decided to leave to New York to get away from the place that they had almost died in.

Estrella had never really had family. Amber was her best friend and she lived with her since her father had left for the Navy when she was young. Soon after, her mother had passed and her father never bothered to show up again. In her mother's will, she left Estrella, or Star, to Amber's parents. The catastrophe of Amber and Richie had traumatized Star and left her with five stab wounds on her abdomen, one in her shoulder, a burn mark on her forearm of the knife Amber had attacked her with, and a gunshot wound in her thigh.

New York sent in new people, new suspects, new Ghostfaces, and new trauma. But who would of thought that Estrella had been the Mindy of this new mystery? Surely not Ethan Landry, Chad's shy roommate.
