"Here's something you should both learn, it's more fun that way. It's fun to watch them cry about their precious little world falling apart and try their best to correct the problem. Kids may prove a small annoyance, but it will be nothing major. The payoff is well worth it and entertaining." King Komoran told them both, showing his teeth.
He sat back down on his throne, rubbing his hands. "However, if these brats do decide to be heroes and spoil my fun, I've got several surprises along the way, surprises you wouldn't believe."
After nearly a decade of peace, an old foe comes back. He wants to be acknowledged as their one true king, and he will stop at nothing to do it. And there is nobody to stop him once he kidnaps everybody in Bark Village, except for a small group of twelve-year-olds. But they are just children, what difference could they possibly make? Their journey is no easy task. Especially when the military wants to capture Nea to learn and experiment with her powers. A new adventure awaits with each day as the duo explore and learn more about the Novalite powers Nea holds and its history, location, and cultures in the world, the people they meet along the way, and also the emotional roller coaster of a ride that Evan & Nea go down as they bond more and more.
