Darktitan, Kilotic, Shining Atlanta, and Black Hyperiom all wake up in a warped reality where things have significantly changed. Instead of finding a peaceful reality they find a dictatorship rulership under a alternate dimension rewarped Darktitan, who now goes by the name of Coldtitan. With Coldtitan stopping Planetarium travel between planets and icing worlds over, these four superheroes have to enlist the help of Black Amethyst, Black Sapphire, Black Emerald, and Black Pastel to create a superhero league to the highest level to locate the realm Cosmic Winter, before Coldtitan influences the rise of Icetitan. With a ravaging Ice monster on the loose and the possible Awakening of Nytyrx; Centouri, Millenniol, and Intervial hold council to get the civilians to safety due to serious troubling rumors of Blackout returning as Coldout. As the Ice Brigade makes their return to incorporate Ice Lynx and Iceblitz, and Freezetitan making mysterious appearances throughout Purbeyxaire, it's clear to the champions that among their midst is a champion that possibly might go cold and trigger a Cosmic Winter of Catastrophic proportions.
