Penelope Featherington at the age of 27, finally got the chance to embrace her success as a novelist. She has dreamed of it since she watched her first drama series ages ago, hoping to see her works to be adapted as a TV series. After finishing college, she needs to work a few part-time jobs to help her family as her father, unfortunately, passed away during her last semester in college. Due to that, she never got to begin writing anything that she wanted.

As both her sister, Phillipa, and Prudence married their respective husband, they help out the family's financial crisis a bit better than before with their small job. And, Penelope eventually start to write her first novel series (at age of 23). After a few years, her novel earned people's love and support due to the excellent plot and amazing characters. Eventually, a well-known director/producer offered to make a TV series based on her novel.

Everything she ever dreams of will finally happen in her ordinary and simple life. Every hardship that she faced before will ultimately be known as her brave steps in life to achieve success. Nothing can come between her passion for writing and her devotion to staying single for the rest of her life (due to her parent's marriage). Until she met him, the man responsible for the weird and unfamiliar feelings that had been lingering inside her ever since their first meeting.
