Belladonna Blackwell had lived at St. Anne's Orphanage in Limehouse, East London for as long as she could remember. She thought her parents must be dead, or in jail, or in debt, or otherwise unable to look after her. Or maybe they had been scared of her Special Powers like the Blackwells had been. Either way, she didn't need them. She had everything she needed to succeed in life: herself. And she was going to succeed, if only in getting her freedom.
But then, things changed.
Belladonna Carina Potter had lived at the Orphanage for as long as she could remember. But she had just found out that her parents weren't dead, or in jail, or in debt, and she had a twin brother so they could've physically looked after her. And she was a witch and her parents had magic too so they couldn't have been scared away.
So her plans changed. Yes, she was going to get her freedom, but now it would come with a
healthy dose of revenge.
*****
Basically, Belladonna is a vicious little witch who launches herself into a years long plot of lies and manipulation in order to utterly ruin those who have wronged her. It's overdramatic and ridiculous and might not make much sense. Literally all the tropes are here. Bon appetite

Belladonna, a pureblood witch, is embarking on her first adventurous year at Hogwarts. Unlike most purebloods, she does not live and breathe 'blood purity'. Bell stands out from what is expected of her. She starts out as an impressionable, naiive young girl, but evolves into a stronger and more independent leader. With her growing friendships and the disillusionment of who her family truly is, Bell will begin her adventure to becoming the greatest witch of her age. The only question remaining: Will one witch be enough to make a difference in a secret world that's been tainted by corruption and prejudice? *** *Slow burn, but a bunch of fluff to make you smile!* *This is marked Mature: -sorry no smut, they aren't even teens yet! -there is violence and bullying. -Voldemort has some dark ideas and his followers choose to live by them. *this story begins their first year at Hogwarts. Dahlia was three years old when her and Harry were left on their Aunt and Uncle's door step on a cold November night. She was five when her world came crashing down for the second time in her short life. Her parents were alive. Alive and well, presumably. - Hermione has always been what some would call an odd child. Hermione has always known she was adopted, that's not something her parents ever tried to hide, especially after the incidents began. - Being the seventh child of a seventh son of a seventh son should have brought Elaine great power. She was only sure that it brought annoying siblings. Having the disappointment of being a daughter, a seventh child, rather than a seventh son hanging over her head only further complicated things. - The welcome Valeria received upon her birth was very different to that her older brother had experienced. Draco was born during a war. That's not to say that her mother didn't love her. Narcissa Malfoy would do anything for her children. Die and kill for them. (this is my favorite project i've ever worked on. it's still ongoing, but i have a ton written and have been waiting months to post it here! this universe is definitely inspired by Ellory's Pureblood Culture Verse. if you have read their works, i suggest reading and becoming obsessed with everyone of them. i also took inspiration from 'Unwanted' by WokFriedRice anyway, like i said, this is an ongoing project and honestly is a large undertaking. our story starts in 1981 and covers part of pre-Hogwarts and then the Hogwarts' years. we have multiple povs, so make sure to pay attention to who is telling the story. if there's ever any confusion, pls let me know so i am able to make it clear. here is a link to the family tree i have created and am forever updating. i will forewarn that it may contain spoilers for future chapters so viewer discretion ig: https://www.familyecho.com/?p=START&c=qszkhwybvn9fhygr&f=857751370534712850 happy reading!)
The Heirs of The Noble House of Black by PinkLemonade28x
5 parts Ongoing
Tom Riddle love story set in the Marauders Era. The era of the marauders is a time of drastic societal change within the wizarding world. The 60's and 70's are a time of strife as squib protests commence and pure blood riots fight back in an attempt to maintain the social hierarchy which has always kept them on top. However, the difficult times are not only laced into the fabric of British wizarding society, as unrest is beginning to take place from within the castle walls of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Many of the pureblood students echo the traditional sentiments of their parents, so what will happen when a talented young first year by the name of Tom Riddle joins the school? Will he travel down the path that we know of him and become the feared Lord Voldemort, or will the offer of friendship and love from the students of the marauders era be enough to sway him from his destiny? Follow Lyra Black (original character) and the rest of the next generation of The Noble and Most Ancient House of Black (Bellatrix, Sirius, Andromeda, Narcissa and Regulus) as they attend Hogwarts. As they struggle through familial control and expectations, changes within their society, love, friendship, house rivalries and their own inner demons, will the heirs of the Black line be able to maintain their once strong familial bonds as they get pulled in different directions? This story deviates from the original timelines of the Harry Potter series in order to accommodate many of the characters that we know and love (or love to hate)! Lots of characters are brought together within the space of a few years, so their birth years will not be accurate. Also there are some other changes, such as age of attendance to Hogwarts beginning at 15 (and ending at 22) because I didn't want to write about 11 year olds! ;) This story is based off the Harry Potter series and all rights belong to J.K. Rowling. I only own Lyra Black, other original characters and original plot lines.

"Years ago, I met a boy who made all the wrong choices." As orphans, you and Tom Riddle have more in common than having no parental figures in your lives. One day, it turns out that you, too, can use magic, and it changes everything. For better or for worse? Your adventure starts off in Hogwarts, Britain's very own school of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where you are to spend the next seven years of your life. You grow and learn, but not always together, and not the same things. During the course of the years, he starts to get more and more involved with the Dark Arts... And you start to realize that there is something very wrong with your friend. As he gets older, he becomes more manipulative, possessive and twisted. He starts to use his powers and his looks to control those around him-including you. Eventually, Tom's true nature is revealed, but by then, it's too late for you. You fall under his spell, completely under his control, and there is nothing anyone could do to save you from the darkness that awaits. *~*~* ♡ A slowburn/sociopathic/dark Tom Marvolo Riddle x F!reader book that centers around both reader's perspective and Tom's fall into madness/rise in influence and power. The 'effects' of Tom's influence become apperent later in the book, so the emotional conflicts/thoughts start later too. ♡ Cross posted on ao3. ♡ I don't claim the Harry Potter characters in any way, the only thing I claim is the plot, some OC's and this, like my other books, are not made to make money off of them. *~*~* Highest ranked: #1 in manipulation #1 in sociopath

Elyse Jane Elizabeth Colston was raised in her small but cozy house in Lexington, Kentucky with her adoptive No-Maj parents. Elyse is the type of child to always carry a book with her, and more of a keep to herself type of girl. Needless to say, when she got her acceptance letter to Ilvermorny, her parents were shocked but sportive. They were a bit worried at first, but eventually let her go. She was selected into Thunderbird (equivalent to Slytherin) and fit in quite well even though she was a "muggle-born," but Elyse always had that one thought in the back of her head that she did not belong in Thunderbird or really at Ilvermorny at all. Elyse knew she was different since she started at her private school before she went to Ilvermorny. She had a very slight British accent, and the only one in her class who was adopted when she was a baby. She was teased a lot when she first went to Ilvermorny for being a "Muggle Born" sorted into Thunderbird because that is supposedly only for the "Purebloods," but she was accepted but she still felt as though she only had her best friend Lili-Anna, and her boyfriend Tom for support. When Elyse gets asked by Dumbledore to go to Hogwarts for a year for her 5th year, she is really shocked when her adoptive No-Maj parents weirdly takes them no time at all to say that she can go. She ends staying with a family who is still grieving. Even though she enjoys Hogwarts, everyone seams as though they are keeping secrets from Elyse. Join Elyse as she stays at Hogwarts and finds why Dumbledore asked her to come to Hogwarts, learns why she was given up as a baby, makes friends, meets a certain someone, and finds out who she really is.
