On a brief hold
While working under Gustavo Rocque for the year, he meets four boys who form a band, and finally, his dreams of being a musician finally seem to be within reach. That's if his father doesn't intervene.

In this story, Austin is gay and Carlos will be either Bisexual or pansexual. Also, Arthur Griffin is not a great father, in this story. He is going to be neglectful towards his son. If you don't like this, do not read it.

*short story with many plot holes!* Dylan Yukilis, a prep-school kid and the son of the deputy. After a snow day in late November, he's off school for a day and his dad, who is not the nicest person ever, thinks it's a good idea to bing his son to a prison. After being in his dads office for thirty minuets, he needs to go take a walk. After all, a boy with ADHD can't sit still for too long. After meeting strange person at the station, he decides to go back to meet him. Who would've known he would fall for a delinquent? Zero Solomon, a boy with unruly hair and is always in some sort of trouble. After taking It too far with trashing a corner store, he's sent to jail for multiple Life's pretty boring for him until a new friend comes along. At first, he thought he was just another prep-school brat rich kid. But he turns out to have a bit of an impact on the young boy's life. Who would've known he would fall for a smart kid? Heloo!! I'm Weeb23 and I'm here to say that this story has very adult consepts like suicide, slurs towards the LGBT, physical abuse, drugs, and crimes. And this book is in no way factually correct. There's are so many plot holes, it's crazy. Also!The two main characters in the story are eighteen so they're technically adults. Chicago had never greeted the Valentines with open arms. Instead it greeted them with a slap in the face and reality served on a silver platter. Living with such a large family and such a small income was harder than anyone could have imagined especially when your best form of income comes from your mom being a hooker. Alexander is a middle child in the large family. At the prime age of fourteen he's starting to become confused about many things in his life such as where he fits in, what he wants to do when he's older and his sexuality. Nolan is in the same boat. Though he is not part of the Valentine family he got the privilege of living down the street from them. He had a slightly smaller family with only a slightly better income. But the only things Nolan feels he needs is astronomy, books and his best friend Alexander who is always getting them into trouble.
