Takes place after the 'Someday, This Wish Will Transcend the Morning Sky' event 4 month's later

Kanade was doing her usual and manages to make a song that might save Mafuyu and the others until someone rang the doorbell on her door, and as she thought it was her helper(Honami Mochizuki), she was shocked to see Mafuyu's Mother

From there the two talked, and it got heated to the point that Kanade got stabbed by a knife in the process, which led to her slow death, with Mafuyu's mom getting caught from the act by her helper, Ena, Mizuki and Mafuyu as she left the door unlocked for them to enter, with her only regret is that she'll never see the day that her song will save Mafuyu and the others 

With her soul heading to the afterlife as she died, a unexpected event occur which led her to live a new life with her memories of her life with her world intact as a clone Kiana Kaslana, to be specific, K-424
