when Kaveh finally gets away to college, the last thing he expects is a budding romance and a new group of friends. When Al Haitham finally takes his rightful place in the academia, the last thing he expects is to have to compete with some guy for his scholar title.

Kaveh, a year 2 college student who rented out an apartment with another person, he had no idea that this person would be his old high school "friend", Alhaitham. They weren't friends then but after years they surely would have to become friends now since they live together, or they could become more then roommates. Takes place after the Sumeru Archon quest. Al Haitham and kaveh were not together during this story. They both meet in the hospital and acquainted there Two men with heart conditions laid in their beds beside each other at the hospital. They soon started talking and giggling at each other, their soft smiles and glances making the atmosphere more delightful. Al Haitham and Kaveh couldn't keep their eyes off each other, and although their illnesses could never be ignored, they fell in love, finding comfort and peace in each other's company. Kaveh leaned back in his chair, his anger fading some from such a simple question. "Of course I do. He's here working his shift somewhere." Cyno only stared. "What?" Kaveh pressed, his red-hot temper flaring up again. He hated when people would beat around the bush, especially when the situation seemed dire. But this wasn't a dire situation, was it?
