Follow my journey as I navigate healing past traumas. I accidentally started therapy. No, literally by accident. I went for a standard follow up appointment for blood pressure medication, had a mental breakdown, and started therapy.
My life is a wild ride. It always has been. Sometimes I can cope with humor, other times I don't know how to breathe.
