Eleven years ago, the Donahue family was torn apart when their father sold out their pack to a group of ravenous werewolf hunters. The oldest, Violet, was sent overseas with her mother to be shown off in circuses and plays, while the youngest, Jamie, was forced into the wolf fighting rings in Atlanta. Though Violet and Jamie are reunited, they are far from patching up the family they once had.
Following the events of THAT'S A GOOD QUESTION and SOMETHING I DON'T KNOW, Violet and Jamie set off in search of their estranged mother, worried she--as they were--is suffering and in danger. Their search will carry them across Europe and Asia, earn them new friends and new foes, and demand a new resolve.
