So in this au Tommy's a raccoon and Tubbo's a Goat, both of them were experiments created by the government
    - so was Phil buuuttttt that's a different story (:< - the government auctioned them off, fluff and angst ensues

    experiment au, with Raccooninnt! And Tuboat?- would that be goat tubbo?????-
    
    Forgot to mention 
    Tommy can't talk-or walk- so he's more like an animal than tubbo (he's also shorter)
    Tubbo can't read like at all. period -but he's basically a translator for Tommy-All Rights Reserved
