Yi is a homeless young man who's passionate about the world of boxing and lives in the alley with his mother. As he was working in the restaurant with his best friend Arnold, Yi's idol, Bane Brimestone, an MMA champion visited his restaurant and insulted him and even paid 250,000$ just to fire Yi because Bane despised the weak.
His mother was then diagnosed with a disease right after. With no job to pay for the operation, he was introduced to an illegal underground arena that used stolen nano VR technology and almost died fighting against another nano VR user.
VR has then become part of his life and he won't give up until his mother is saved and trained himself to prove Bane is wrong to have insulted him and the weak.
