You may say Eleanor Robinson lives in a "perfect family." They're rich, prominent, and almost all the children are successful. 

But Eleanor disagrees. Behind closed doors is a toxic and not so perfect family. And  Eleanor is probably the least successful and wanted child. 

The media calls Eleanor "The Robinson family leech." And her parents always remind her how useless she is.
