It's been 3 years since the unexplainable disappearance of Noah Czarniecki, which has haunted the town of Westmere for three long years.
As the anniversary of Noah Czarniecki's disappearance approaches, a series of mysterious deaths occur, with bodies of students found in lakes or ponds, hinting towards a serial killer being on the loose.
Glein Caples is experiencing sightings of the missing Noah everywhere he goes and in his dreams. However, his deadliest encounter with her is in his nightmare, where she drowns him by tying an anchor around his ankle and pushing it off the yacht.
As Glein, Jayden, Rea, Piper, Damian, and Brylee set off to celebrate their last year of Lone Pine high school at Wicksonee Gorge, they take one last trip on Claudia Morgan's family yacht. However, their celebration turns into a nightmare when a malevolent and vengeful Noah Czarniecki returns to hunt down those who were at a party three years ago, with her eyes set on them.
