Deku is one of bakugou's back dancer, he is the leader of the back dancers. He and Bakugou never really talk except rehearsal's when Bakugou needs to change something or clarify. Bakugou usually does soft singing so he has the lead as Ballet but he is very glad his Lead dancer knows elite ballet so while singing hard songs, Deku can pick up his pace fast.
