An ambitious young man, Bengamin Hedley was well on his way to becoming a distinguished legal scholar. Flying through the first years of law school with two published legal papers under his belt, his graduation and eventual success was all but guaranteed.

However, during the final months of his law school career, Mr. Hedley's interest in law was overtaken by his so-called "research into the paranormal". He stated that this research hinted at an alternate reality, one that exists right alongside our own. A reality proving that we are far more ignorant of our world than we believe. The following journal is all that is left of his research.

*This book is still very much a work-in-progress. The idea behind it was to create a series of short stories that, when read together, tell another story. I hope anyone who stumbles upon them enjoys what they read. I tried going for a more subtle kind of horror without blood and guts. If you enjoyed it, please share it with others who you might think would enjoy it and help a amateur writer out. Unfortunately, progress on this book is likely to be slower than I would like. I'm in my final semester of law school and am currently swamped with exams, applications, papers and preparing for the bar.

What if you had no choice? Meet Sin. No, not that sort of sin, but Sin, crazy as a loon (you ask Sister Moon), and proud of it. Sin locks himself away in an asylum and, every so often, badboy he's believed to be, gets violent. That's only so they'll give him those nice drugs, though. The ones that help him forget. It's a pity they don't work. Sin, you see, has a serious problem. Well, it's not so much his problem, as ours - yours, mine and everyone else's. People die around Sin.
