When all hope is lost, Sasuke Uchiha, better known as Itachi's shadow, runs away to find something to help him become stronger. He has been told about the baby who survived the attack years ago and wishes that destiny takes him too as they did Naruto. 

Sasuke's wish comes true when Orochimaru, a scientist obsessed with unknown knowledge, offers to be his sensei. However, that's not why Sasuke agrees to be taught by the traitor of the Hidden Leaf. 

He sees Naruto and wonders how an outsider can smile with tubes attached to his body. He agrees to find out more about him.
