This is a story where none of the Greasers die and everyone lives a slightly "normal" life.

Ponyboy did get chased away by his brother but instead of killing someone, him and Johnny end up getting into a fight/argument and stop being "friends".

Will this last long? Or will Ponyboy finally seek the help he needs and get his friend back along with making another?

I saw a few of these on Wattpad and decided to make my own. It's basically just headcanons and short, random stories and everyone's favorite greasers. It's also going to be some random moments people in the Outsiders fandom usually experience and stuff like that. Enjoy! Disclaimer: I don't own The Outsiders

"Plant me next to mom and dad for me, will you?" ------ Basically if Ponyboy and Johnny switched lives, like whatever happened to Johnny happens to Pony boy. Like what happened to Johnny happens to pony, and how heroic pony is to save Johnny twice. What would the gang feel? How would the gang react to all of this? How would they feel? How would they react to the killings...did pony really mean it? How would Darry and soda feel if they found out pony killed bob and how they would react? How would it effect the gang later on in life? Btw I don't own any of these characters! Se Hinton, does! Sadly /jk. This is a short story so don't get mad once it's over :) TW: graphic, Socs, self harm, suicide, suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety.

Darrel is stressed with work and taking care of his two brothers and was getting angry a lot recently. Sodapop felt disconnected and almost sick all of the time and was very tired of being a middleman to his brothers all the time. Ponyboy was struggling with his sexual orientation and was scared what others would say when he realised he had fallen in love with, not even a girl, but Johnny Cade. Really just me trauma-dumping onto all of the Curtis brothers and adding Darrel's anger issues to the mix.

(The Outsiders Fanfic :D) Johnny and Ponyboy were never the type to go outside the city, but after they killed a Soc, they felt like they needed to. When they were apart, they started communicating through old walkie-talkies they found on the country grounds. After quite a while, the case became more serious, police searching everywhere, getting closer to their hiding area. Ponyboy and Johnny had no other choice, they had to travel upstate, risking their bond and possibly separating. Curly Shepard had always seen him. He stood out from the other Greasers, with his thoughtful eyes and quiet manner. Ponyboy knew everything about Curly Shepard. He was as a tough, reckless guy from the other side of town, always getting into trouble with his gang and causing chaos wherever he went. Ponyboy thought he knew what to expect from Curly - violence, selfishness, and a disregard for rules. No one could've thought that someone like Curly would ever fall for someone like Pony. (Takes place after the events of TWTTIN)

(Under Major Editing) this story contains descriptive self-mutilation, character death, alcohol abuse, drug/substance abuse, and bits of violence. (ANYONE WHO IS UNDER 16 AND IS CURRENTLY SUICIDAL, DEALING WITH OR EXPERIENCING THOUGHTS OF SELF-HARM PLEASE JUST CHOOSE A DIFFERENT STORY. THIS ISNT A FUN RIDE) Johnny has always been different, the gang knew that. He was always doing something to be proud of but he'll forever be a greaser unless his folks actually started to care for him, and even then, he'll always be an outcast, a delinquent. Johnny doesn't mind that though, he likes it the way it is, but he mainly would just like things to be different at home, but he's content with the gang. He was okay with them. Until his father dies. His old man had always treated him like shit anyway, but there was something inside that was crushed. Dad would sometimes help little Johnny out, it was his mother that had made things worse for him. After his death, Johnny couldn't cope much anymore, he was used to being able to, but now his emotions were out of control. He starts to spiral downwards. The gang is with him the whole time and tries their hardest to keep him at his best, but Johnny becomes irrational, too unpredictable for the gang to even understand but Johnny doesn't go down alone, he brings someone with him.

Rosemarie Curtis, Sadie Cade, Sodapop Curtis, Ponyboy Curtis, Johnny Cade, Darry Curtis, Dallas Winston, Steve Randle, and Two-bit Mathews. All greasers and the best of friends, inseparable at the least. It's always been this way; a gang, a tight knot group of people. Nobody thought anything could disrupt the perfect little imbalance of friendship that consisted in the gang. Especially love, or complicated relationships. Complicated meaning... hidden. How will their friendship stay on the straight and narrow when fate's gun is loaded with twists, ready to be fired at the 9 gang members? And the main question is; can you keep a secret? Because there are plenty to keep.
