Seventeen year old Raina Parker doesn't know anything about life in foster care. She has only just lost her single father and her mother left her as a child. She is sent to a foster home with no relatives willing to take her in. She finds herself sent to a house in Iowa with ten other foster kids already, her adding to that list.
