Zach had been an assassin for as long as he could remember, but he had finally decided that it was time to retire. He was due for his last kill, and then he could finally leave his dangerous life behind. But as he prepared for his final mission, he was thrown off course by his target - a girl named Xyrielle.
Zach had never felt such a strong urge to protect someone before, but Xyrielle made him feel things he had never felt before. He struggled to carry out his mission, knowing that it would mean the end of Xyrielle's life.
As Zach got closer to Xyrielle, he realized that she was not what he had expected. She had a story, a purpose, and a passion for life that made him question everything he had ever known. The last kill he had planned would not be so easy after all.
