Lua Garcia is a young woman who has recently moved to the city, and due to money problems that all twenty-somethings have, she is desperately looking for a rent-controlled apartment that will allow her to continue living in New York.

Pedro Pascal spent his twenties living the lifestyle of a rock star, literally. Years later, this retired star finds himself looking for an apartment that his bartending job can pay for.

The two have found a perfect apartment, but by mistake of the landlord, the two will have to share it, and it will only get more and more complicated when they start to develop feelings for each other.
