my heart's intruder (if i were you)

"gerrard lives alone in a lonely cottage. an intruder, who is a
criminal, enters his cottage. he intends to murder Gerrard
and take on his identity. does he succeed? or does their relationship blossom into something more?"

gerrard, a smart, witty and charming man, popular with the ladies, always knows what to do in any situation. he acts cocky and nonchalant but that all stops on a fateful day when the calmness of his home is disturbed by a rude and arrogant individual who has no intention to disclose his real identity to gerrard, choosing to call himself the "intruder". in an unfortunate turn of events, they both end up in gerrard's closet, inches away from each other. gerrard, even with his wit, is unable to come up with a silly remark or sarcastic joke to match the circumstance he is in. what happens when the intruder decides to "open up" to gerrard a little more?
