You ever looked at someone and thought you were probably in a dream? That they couldn't possibly exist in your reality? Like if you open your eyes or speak too loud they will just disappear and become one of those dreams you try so hard to remember but you can't? That is how i feel when i look at her, Kris. She has become so much more than an interesting girl, so much more than a gorgeous body, so much more than a girl i would mess around with for a couple of days. She is no longer a want, she is a need. i need to know everything about her, everything that makes her smile and everything that makes her cry. i need her to love me as much as i love her. I see the hurt in her eyes every time i look in her eyes, she tortures herself, her words are heavy with regret and self-blame and i want to be the one to save her from all of it, from herself. Forget Me Not (Book 3 of Acceptance Series)

Dream Journal and Analysis
I want to start by saying I am no Psychologist, nor do I specialize in any sort of study of the mind. I just happen to have very strange dreams that I prefer to write on paper (ironically) and analyze them myself and how I feel it resembles what I truly think about when I'm not in control. When i'm asleep. each chapter will be a new dream I have experienced and me just ripping it piece by piece to uncover what it is I think about. Have you ever seen your life flash before your eyes? Seen all the good memories with you and your friends and loved ones just pass in a few split seconds before the moment comes where you know you'll die? I risk my life on a daily bases saving others, strangers, kids, families, anyone my team and I can help ranging from terrorist attacks to bombs to pretty much anything. The training that I received a few years ago allows me to do that, it allows me to be the best person that I can be, if I could go back to the day I joined the military I wouldn't change a single thing; the only thing I would've changed in my journey is to have looked after her better. I always thought that the streets were a place that I was going to end up at. I always thought that I would end up dead on the streets because of... my disability. I always thought that I would have no family and no one to care about me as I cared for others. And yet, that all changed when she walked into my life. She brought me a family, and to this day, I could not understand why she chose me and not someone else. Not only did she walk into my life, but she also changed it. She changed it for better or worse, and I could not decide which was possible because she and her family were different. They were something much more than what people could see. And I was different. At the time, I did not know who I was being hidden from, but when I found out who I was hiding from, I was glad that I had been hidden.
