Fajar, an idealistic and intelligent 15-year-old scavenger, has a soul mate, Dodi. They live in Oak City, a suburb where most of the residents are economically disadvantaged. Every 6 months, a street fighting competition called Brawler is held in the city which is entertainment for psychopathic businessmen.
Fajar dreams of helping his friend, Dodi, get into his favorite high school. However, to fulfill their dream, they must win the Brawler competition. Conflict arises when Fajar, who doesn't like violence, has to choose between fighting for his friend's dream or defending his principles.
