Atonements and Amendments

Kakashi Hatake had a life full of sorrows.

His father went to the netherworld when he was 10,following his mother. . .
. couldn't protect neither his teammates and his Sensei nor his family, which turned out to be a bigger catastrophe than it already was.
. Failed to notice that one person who was with him at all dark times.
. Failed to bring Sasuke, his student, back to the village.
. Took a long time to bring back Obito, his supposed "dead" friend, to the light.
The list goes on and on...

At the time of his death, thanks to a truth-seeking ball going through his chest, he thought that his life would end now, and he would finally rest. Right?

Iruka Umino was a chuunin at the time of his death. Cause of his death? Well, he turned himself into a body shield to protect Naruto from getting hit by Madara's ash bones, just like he did 6 years ago. By this, Naruto was saved from death. He hoped that Naruto could forgive him for all the pain and suffering he brought to him. He wished that the boy could live on to be a better person than he was. Furthermore, he wished that Naruto and his team would win the war and become the Hokage of the village and bring peace to the shinobi world, just as he said he would. And he hoped that Kakashi would find someone who would love him, who would be the light to his life, someone who would not leave him till death. He hoped that Kakashi could find a love in his life. Just because he is 31, doesn't mean he couldn't get a lover!

Rin Nohara wasn't a coward. She sacrificed herself for the sake of her village people to live peacefully. Stepped in between Kakashi and the mist ANBU, with a Chidori in Kakashi's hand. Her only regret was that she scarred Kakashi's life forever. Now, that wasn't something a friend or a comrade shouldn't do. She hoped that this wretched war would be over, and her team could live peacefully.
