Two years after the Woodsboro massacre, Billy and Stu finish killing everyone, but they get caught. They go to jail for a year and then got sent to a different psych ward separating the two.
Taylor Reed is a 19 year old girl, she tried to commit suicide after her mother passed away leading her father to become an alcoholic and start drinking. She gets sent to the same nutthouse as Billy.
Taylor is a poor communicator, she hates big crowds and dislikes all people, meeting Billy, the cold boy he is, the two team up and decide to escape the psych ward and runaway, will they succeed and go to get Stu? Or will they leave him, and go get revenge themselves?
When a " friends with benefits " turns into an unhealthy obsession.
