That's why I've decided to completely rewrite and revamp the story of Sonic Forces in the alternate take of the game. One day he finds out he has powers and is visited by Wave; a member of the Babylon Rogues. She informs him of the Earth's impending destruction and he agrees to help. They travel the world, hunting a ravenous and murderous metallic hedgehog named Mekkaku. He will stop at nothing to bring the apocalypse down on planet Earth. The story is full of action, adventure, and betrayal which all leads up to an epic final showdown at an abandoned weapons factory. Who will be victorious? Honesty is the Best Policy! {w/Rosy}
This story focuses on Rosy the Rascal and her conflict with a green pineapple. I am going to try not to stray from this topic by accidentally studying other characters and relationships (though I'll have to admit that Shadow and Rouge and Shadow and Infinite are a little tempting). To sum up Honesty is the Best Policy as a whole, it is a fanfiction turned psychological drama. It is separated into several different stories, each new story continuing from where the previous one stops. Some are called {____ Edition}, while others are called {w/____}. The editions are books focusing on a specific situation, problem, or occurring at a specific time. Books ending with "w/" and then a character's name are focusing on a specific character. At the same time as I'm publishing new parts of this story, you will find that another story is being updated as well, {Café Edition}. It is recommended that you follow that book as well as this one in order to get the full story. Both that story and this one are happening at the same time. The characters work at the café in the afternoons and go to school during the day. The previous books, in order, are as follows: {w/Sonic}, {w/Snow}, and {Forces Edition}, with {Café Edition} occurring all throughout these books beginning with {w/Snow}. My next book is called Rouge Tape. It is not a part of this series. Instead, it is a written form of the game Shadow the Hedgehog (2005) in which I attempt to piece everything together by inserting a new character, Rouge the Bat, in order to observe and recount the events. If you are confused about any of the characters in this story, please visit my OC book. I will be posting descriptions of the Sonic characters as they appear in my stories as well as some of my own characters. Also, if any event or sequence in this story is hard to understand, don't be afraid to comment on that part and ask me what it means. I will either explain it or rewrite that part.
