In this story, a young girl Cara was diagnosed with an inoperable aggressive brain tumor. Every since her life has been filled with never ending thoughts, about what her life would be like if she never had a tumor and what she was missing in her well deserved so called "normal life". When Cara and her mom move to Seattle to meet the best brain surgeon in the world to try and remove the tumor, she meets the annoying yet charming boy Polo. When in surgery Cara falls into a deep sleep of thoughts and opportunity to read peoples thoughts. She travels through out the whole hospital learning shocking and romantic secrets concealed in these hospital walls.
