Nearly twenty years ago in the year 20XX, a mysterious capsule landed on Earth from outer space. As soon as it landed, it released a gas that polluted the entire world. This gas changed the normal human biology of more than 90% percent of the human population, giving them mutations that granted everyone supernatural abilities. The government started an Organization of normal humans, and even some mutants, to capture, detain, and imprison rouge mutants who recklessly use their powers for whatever they want.
