An island city of darkness - Umbrapolis - basicaly means a home to Mephiles, who has an absolute control over everything in there, making himself superior powerful being while keeping many other powerful mobians imprisoned in the city. One fateful night, when a news about an incident in Westopolis get to him, he goes out there to see, what exactly happened. Only to find an orphaned little helpless hedgehog infant crying his lungs out in a desperate need of foster care, so making an exception Mephiles decides to take the baby under his wings and raise him by himself...

They grew closer to each other after spending a full week of recovery awkward, funny and sentimental moments that occurred during the week they had spent together also finding out what their true feelings are for one another.

So full credits to them for inspiring me. However I did this story entirely on my own with my writing style. I came up with the plots and characters' development.
