Theo didn't give him a verbal response, but nodded curtly and got off the ground to walk towards some industrial bins, he shuffled around for a moment before picking up a broken metal pipe. With a devil of a grin, he looked at Scott and tossed his head towards the bus behind him. "You still know how to hot wire a car?" He asked. Scott gave him a stern look, but otherwise nodded. He unfortunately had a decent guess as to what Theo's plan was. "Good, I suggest you move." - After seemingly disappearing off the face of the earth, the world-wide hockey sensation,Scott Randall, is spit back into the world of celebrities. Now Scott struggles to choose between his career as an athlete and his new-found friends, or his father and his unfavourable business. He only has so long until a choice is decided for him, and the clock is already ticking... - A/N: This is just a short concept piece. "I'd much rather have my head between her legs than yours." *** SEQUEL TO CONTRONYM Life is never kind to the broken. Then again, aren't we all broken? I've faced the sexists, the egotistics, the rapists, the catalysts; everyone is an asshole in their own right. Sadly, I'm maxing out on how much more hardship I can take. Griffin Riley used to be my enemy and the cause of my many headaches but now he seems to be my pain medication that takes the aches away. But nothing good can last forever. Maybe we'll be the exception. A girl can hope. But between the stress, high stakes, jealousy, fights, trials, the media, school, life changing scares, and most importantly; Lacrosse, our relationship will be put through the ringer. I just hope we aren't smushed to death.
