After stopping the apocalypse, Ellie, Five, their kids and their siblings managed to return home to the present, convinced they have prevented the initial apocalypse and fixed this godforsaken and terrible timeline once and for all. 

Five and Ellie hopes that now them and their kids can live a normal family life.

But when they return to the Academy, they realize that things aren't exactly, when they left it. Reginald is alive and they have being replaced by a new group of superheroes name The Sparrow Academy and not only that but also their brother Ben is a member of the Sparrow.
 
The Sparrows directly encounters the same with the Umbrella gang in a violent confrontation. An unknown thing arrives and began to ravages the universe making animals and people to disappear without a trace and soon the whole universe is in danger.

Now they need to convince The Sparrow to help them save the universe but that's easier said than done.

And it also turns out that another version of Elizabeth is a member of the sparrow and she is the completely opposite than Umbrella Ellie.
Hope and Aron have two version of their mom now and Five have two version of his wife and Sparrow Elizabeth is not happy when she finds out that Umbrella Elizabeth has everything that Sparrow Elizabeth wants, a husband and kids, so she want what Ellie have. So now Sparrow Elizabeth want to get rid of Ellie, take her place and then tick Five and the kids into thinking that she is Ellie.

~Will Sparrow Elizabeth 's plan succeed?
~Will Ellie and her family be able to save the universe or will this new world reveal more than just a small timeline problem?
