His green eyes look up towards me and then down at the red fruit. The corners of his lips twitch upwards and my stomach flips as I watch it happen. Holding eye contact, he closes the distance between his lips and the food. I watch him do it so intensely that I catch myself parting my lips too. He takes the sweet fruit off of the fork and lets go of my hand. I can finally feel my chest rise back up again after holding my breath. or; Dream asks George to go out for breakfast, but this time things take an unexpected turn. (4278 words)

George has never had an easy life when he got the diagnosis: Tourette's Syndrome. Everywhere he goes, he appears to be the target of bullying which goes as far as physical abuse. To calm down, he decides to go to the gym to exercise his sorrows away. He meets a boy there who appears to be in the gym every day, getting thinner every time George sees him. The boy, Clay, is suffering from two less known eating disorders. Clean eating, pure foods, no sugar and obsessive exercising is controlling his life only to escape from his arguing parents day in day out. George has one worry. Will Clay accept him the way he is?
