Before you dismiss this, hear me out!
I am Nicky, an aspiring author who just like many others out there, has her own creative mind which she would like to unleash. But when you want to improve, you need both critisism and support. So here I am, putting my creations out for all you guys to read and give me your opinion and views. Ofcourse, this is my journey to be an artist...using a powerful tool called words, which can also be a lethal weapon if used properly.
Also, I don't know if there will be any stories...maybe short stories. Like a one shot? But I assure you, there will be a lot of...interesting poems, verses etc. I write songs too...but most of the times, its just a para or a few lines. There are also paragraphs of my critical analysis or just my way of thinking. A point of view. I hope you'll enjoy these pieces as much as I enjoy writing them.

Carter slowly walked towards me, butterflies swarming in my stomach, filling every inch of me. "Assi." he grabbed my wrists, and made me look at him. "Who was that song about?" "You know who." "Was it... about me?" "What would you say if it was?" I cocked my head to the side, our eyes staying connected with each other. "I wouldn't say." he moved closer to me, towering over by the slightest bit as his breath surrounded my every nerve. He leant down, took a sharp breath and connected our lips. - Astrid was a beautiful girl, who had lost her sense of who she was and where she belonged. She went through something traumatic at only 14, but no one noticed. She moved to Roseville for a fresh start with her best friend Kaitlyn by her side. But Carter notices. He was a "bad boy" with a heart of gold (ik it's cliché) . He never let anything slip by him. He doesn't say anything as their personalities clash and they hate each other. You know what they say, there is a thin line between love and hate. Will these two step over the line? But sometimes, running away from your problems doesn't go down unnoticed. The very person Astrid ran away from is after her, and this time, the consequences will be worse. -- This is an enemies-friends-lovers book and they become friends early on because I find it difficult to write going from enemies to lovers so yeah. *unedited book* #1 in talent show (29/02/24)Complete
Eyes Behold
Sneak Peak Jordan had his head nuzzled in her neck trying to calm down . Rose patted his back affectionately running her hand down his arm in a comforting manner. " Jord-" " Shhh ... Let me . Pls little one. I.. I was so scared today ." He whispered in her neck . He pulled back and cupped her face in his hands . " I was so so scared . I didn't want to lose you , never ever and I thought today after seeing those comments and that post ... I thought. .. I thought I'll lose you. " His hands were shivering slightly. Rose put her hands on his and looked tenderly in his eyes. " You won't ever lose me Jord . I'll always be there for you. Always . " She whispered back to him comforting him. --------------------------------------------- It has dark pasts yet no broken souls ... It has celebrities and millionaire yet no marriage deals and egoistic fights ... It has a beautiful and kind girl and a rich player yet nothing in it is cliche... It has a group of friends who fight to death not only with each other but also for each other ... It has people who have lost their families yet strive to complete other's lost world... It has kind dedicated doctors , fun loving players, it has famous singers , it has deprived and lost souls , it has the light to pull you out of the darkness, it has strength to help you face life , it has many things worth knowing... It is my first story "Eyes behold" ... Because simply, a person might never let out the inner deep meanings of their life but eyes , eyes never lie .... So just behold their presence and look deep in them because they tell you everything... Everything...Complete
Hidden Feelings Book 1 (Poetry) (Journaling)
It's just a bunch of songs I wrote when I was feeling mad or sad or extremely happy and motivated. Their just a bunch of lyrics formed from my emotions. I mean I was trying to figure out how to express myself so I started using rhymes to begin with. I mean some songs don't only have rhymes but most of my songs are rhymes with 4 or 6 lines and their all original works of mine so don't bother trying to steal them or anything. Also this is an add on I've started writing journal entries in here as well and I may put my two books together. My 'Ange's Journal', and 'Hidden Feelings' together. I don't know why, it's just a spur of the moment thing and a feeling I had. These are all my experiences and thoughts I've had but never said out loud. But if you don't like it or are offended by what I say your doing something wrong in life. But I guess it's also me just letting everything out and telling my story in an unorganized way, you know.Complete
The Good, The Bad and The Occastionally Ugly

Pride- A girl and her mother watch the daily report. Fate, I Suppose- A woman gets confronted by the past and fate, arriving hand in hand. Tammy's Great Fall- A poem about a fateful day at the circus. Ma- An assassin finishing his shift. What if- What if the world were to end in 10 days? Point of View- Three point of views at a wedding. Perfect- A woman visits her neighbors house. Finding Peace- A man's final minutes. On the Theory of Rain and Mars- A girls dreams and her life on Mars. Memories of Snow-A girl's memories of someone close to her. A Story-A woman finds something of her mother's that rises many questions. Well this is just an inside look into my brain! To Warm Frozen Fingers // A Short Story Collection
I like to write. As you may be able to tell. I haven't been very good at writing lately. As you may also have been able to tell. That's why I've decided to write a short story collection. The stories won't interlink, some may vary wildly and you might even wonder if they were written by the same person (the answer is yes). Overall, I'm aiming to write 23 stories, which was one per day for 23 days but I failed at that (*seethes* college work...) so now I'm just aiming to finish it before winter is over! The stories won't be very long - I'm only allowed to write for 10 minutes per story, just to get me going again (and literally warm my fingers, I get really really cold fingers for some reason) and the most I've ever written in that time is around 500 words. Can You Remember? (Sequel to Can You Keep A Secret?)
"I love you," Johnny murmured, clutching my wrist to the point I could not pull away no matter how much I tried. "Stop it," I snapped, "Stop saying that!" "But I do, I love you, I want you, I need you to remember," He was pleading now. "Stop, quit pretending-" "There is no pretending," Johnny said with absolute clarity. "I love you and I will love you until the day I die. You don't remember now, but you used to love me too Rosey. And I will love you until you love me again, even after I die, and if there is a life after this I will love you then, too." I stared at him as he poured his heart out; he was moving away, for once he wasn't trying to get me to love him. I was doing it myself. "Will you ever give up on this?" I asked. Johnny shrugged, "Someday, I suppose I'll give up, and sit in a rocking chair. But I'll probably be rocking fast, because I don't know what I'll do without you." ----------- Rosemarie Curtis' story has seemed to come to an end. Everything is lost. Nobody can forget. Nothing is the same. Now the gang seems to have to wrestle the past, rebuild on the ruins inside them. But sometimes life has a twisted way of bringing back something you've lost. For Rosemarie's story is just beginning. But there was no way the gang could scrape the earth clean, and keep thinking they could start again. Because even though Rosemarie is alive, her memories of the past are gone. Her mind had left them; she has now gone wild and wary. She remembers no feeling, no hurt, and no loving. Johnny must cope with losing his only love, while her thoughts swim between them, hidden under rocks, disappearing in weeds, and he fishes for them, dangling his own memories like bait and lures. But how can you love someone you don't remember loving? How can you remember something you don't want to remember? And how can the gang hold together when everything has fallen apart?Complete
