In a world dominated by the US Navy, Japanese Navy, and Royal Navy, the seas are controlled by a powerful alliance, called the "Imperial Oceanic Alliance" (IOA)

But when the Indonesian Navy, Royal Canadian Navy, Russian Navy, Chinese Navy, German Navy, and French Navy, also known as "The United Maritime Defense" (UMD) band together to stop their dominance, a new era of conflict is unleashed on the oceans.

As these two mighty factions clash, alliances will be tested, loyalties will be questioned, and the fate of the world's seas will be determined.
