Y/N has admired Katsuki Bakugo, since nursery. However, actually talking to him is a slight problem. So to combat this she writes him letters.
Katsuki Bakugo craves attention, so when letters declaring how great he is start to appear, his craving is fed.
Later down the line, his craving for attention has become one for romance, and the letters have turned into ones of love.
